Do you know what your company does? How confident are you that all your team members would say a similar thing to the question 'what do you all do'?

This tool from GST Labs and the exercise described in "[Honing Strategy By Crafting a Company Description](https://labs.gstdev.com/honing-strategy-by-crafting-a-company-description)" will help focus founders and teams on the true mission of the firm as well as reveal some advantages your team can bring to the market.

High performing B2B SaaS founders and teams can use this template and the exercises to:

- Create consistency and buy-in to the mission
- Hone the services and products to those that are most important
- Focus on a more specific and meaningful core customer segment
