- Evaluation is an effort best undertaken with the goal of understanding a candidate’s motivation, capability and approach/tactics.
- Onboarding can be most effective (read fast & thorough) when you have lite but meaningful processes and a culture of mentorship & initiative.
- Retention is achieved through the mutual recognition of opportunity and appreciation for productivity.
